Install Instructions

I dont supply the self tappers to use for the steps below. Everyone has a different idea for what look they want, but I have suggested types of hardware at the end of the install sheet.

Step 1 - Remove the old diffuser. Only mounting pins need to be kept

Step 2 - Install new diffuser by first mounting bottom pins first. Keeping the fit slightly loose, place a large block underneath the diffuser to help push it up and to hold it in place while the outside can be lined up and the self tappers positioned. Having someone hold up works as well

Step 3 - When drilling the self tappers through the bumber into the rear bumper bar, make sure the diffuser is pushed up as tight as you can get it first, so there is very little gap on the top of the diffuser. Having someone hold it tight helps when drilling the self tappers

Step 4 - After the tappers are drilled in and tight, pop in body panel pins of your choice.

Step 5 - Suggested to add a couple self tappers through the diffuser into the spare tire well.

JUST TAP THROUGH THE DIFFUSER.

It helps with stability if you have a heavy foot or drag race. But not required for normal driving.

Step 6 - Enjoy!

* Every Car has a slight variation in bumpers and fitment. Follow this as close as you can but expect to have to adjust the install as needed to make it it look right for YOU.

** Any additional tools or hardware must be supplied by the purchaser.
